Pet Portrait Commissions.
The first step in the process of creating a coloured drawing of your pet is to choose your photo.
This is the most important part, as the better the photo, the better the finished portrait will be.

We will be able to choose a suitable photo and decide on the size and type of paper to use. All of my portraits are just of a pet's head and shoulders. I use board or papers in sizes 10" x 8", A4 (11.75" x 8.25") 11" x 9" , 12"x 9" or 13.75" x 9.75". I have a selection of colours to choose from or I can colour any shade for the background. I will recommend which paper I think would suit your chosen portrait however I will gladly try to accommodate personal preferences.

I charge £200 per coloured pencil or pastel pet portrait regardless of materials selected. I prefer not to draw multiple pets on one page, as drawing smaller portraits reduces the amount of detail achievable. The price per pet is still £200 even if you would like them drawn in one picture.

Once you have read my
you will be asked to pay a £50 non refundable deposit and a date for work to commence will be booked into my client waiting list diary. I will let you know an estimated date for completion.

Upon completion of the drawing I will email you a photo of the drawing for your approval. If you are satisfied with the result you will be asked to pay the remaining balance and then your portrait will be shipped out to you.

Your portrait will be made available as prints. You may want to purchase copies of your beloved pet portrait to give as gifts to friends and family. If you inform me that you would like prints along with your original drawing, it will save you extra postage and packaging charges.

All of my drawings will also be made available on a wide range of gifts from clothing and home decor to phone/device cases and cups. Take a look at the unique presents on offer at http://www.redbubble.com/people/cathyscreations
